Report on the 9/17/05 Workshop

75 people were in attendance at our first workshop on some key success principles for small business managers and owners. It was entitled "How to Form, Run and Improve Small Businesses." The two presenters focused on the tax aspects of forming businesses and how to use key performance indicators to run and improve your business.

A follow-up workshop will be held on November 19, 2005 that will highlight some small businesses in the San Jose Area which have successfully implemented these principles.
