development workshop that has been proven to produce powerful results for
thousands of business professionals around the world over the last 25 years. It’s
called:
Best Year Yet for Business
A business building process for increasing
bottom line results.
The Best Year Yet for Business Workshop asks 10 simple questions
which cause you to think deeply about your business, your job and the results
you want to achieve over the next twelve months. From the answers,
your business vision, priorities and guidelines will flow. They’ll
culminate into a one page annual plan that will be easy to follow and will
produce measurable results almost immediately. You’ll
have a new found sense of energy and enthusiasm that will drive your business
forward and develop your career.
During this three hour workshop you will:
- Evaluate your accomplishments and disappointments from the past
year to learn personal lessons for achieving success. From
those lessons you’ll create specific behavioral and mental
guidelines that will direct your business decision making and influence
your future actions and results.
- Examine the things you do that block you from achieving the kind
of high level results you want in your business. Using this
awareness, our coach will show you how to transform your limiting
actions by creating empowering paradigms that will fuel your success.
- Define your business values and roles in order to clarify what’s
most important to you and your business. And, you’ll
select a major focus for the next year in which a breakthrough
would mean unbelievable rewards.
- Go through a process of creating a series of goals that support
your work roles and the core strategies of your business. In the
end you’ll select ten strategic goals for the year. They
will become the strategic focus of your business or career.
- Organize your business vision, your top ten goals, and your guidelines
into a one page annual plan along with an accountability system
that will ensure your business success.
Monthly telecoaching and support will be provided
To receive continued support after the workshop, our coach will provide
free monthly, one-hour, telecoaching classes (conference calls). Participants
will be able to ask questions, receive coaching and be supported implementing
their plans. Dates and times for these once-a-month, evening telecoaching
classes will be announced at the workshop. There is no fee (other
than your long distance charges). Participation is voluntary. We
find that continual support and accountability over the course of the year
is the secret sauce to achieving results.
