Best Year Yet for Business

“A Business-Building Workshop for
Business Owners, Independent Service Professionals
and Corporate Professionals”

Agenda & Presentation Outline:

Workshop #1

9:30 AM: Checked in, picked up our materials and took our seats
10:00 AM: Workshop began:

During the three hour period we did the following:

1. Evaluated our accomplishments and disappointments from the past year to learn personal lessons for achieving success. From those lessons we created specific behavioral and mental guidelines that will direct our business decision making and influence our future actions and results.

2. Examined the things we do that block us from achieving the kind of high level results we want in our business or career. Using this awareness, the facilitator/coach showed us how to transform our limiting actions by creating empowering paradigms that will fuel our success.

3. Defined our business values and roles in order to clarify what’s most important to us in our business or career. Then, we selected a major focus for next year in which a breakthrough would mean significant rewards.

4. Began the progress of creating a series of goals that support the work roles and the core strategies of our business or career. By the time we finish this process we will have selected 10 strategic goals for the year. They will become our strategic focus.

5. Began organizing our business vision, our top ten goals, and our guidelines into a one page annual plan with an accountability system that will ensure our business success.

To provide continued support after the workshop, the coach will provide free monthly one-hour, telecoaching classes (conference calls). Participants will be able to ask questions, receive coaching and be supported in achieving their plans. There will be no fee (other than our long distance phone charges). Participation in this ongoing support is voluntary. We will find that this continual support and accountability over the course of the coming year will be the secret sauce to achieving results.
