Joel Deceuster

Joel Deceuster, the workshop facilitator and coach, is the president and founder of his own business coaching firm, J. Deceuster & Associates located in San Jose, California.  He is a licensed franchise owner of “Your Best Year Yet” LLC.  His clients include executives and business teams from major media corporations, small business organizations, non-profits and business associations.

Joel spent 25 years in the Silicon Valley as a sales and marketing executive prior to establishing his coaching practice.  He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications.  Joel is a qualified Franklin/Covey leader for The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and is a certified E-Myth coach and consultant with E-Myth Worldwide.  Joel is president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the BYU Management Society and is an Ambassador for the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.
