Evaluation Comments from 3/18/06 Workshop

- it was exciting doing the “SIPOC” diagram as a visual representation of the problem.  A lot of ideas came into my mind as we were working on it.

- the workshop was very hands on.  I liked being able to tackle my real problem and see the same process used on other people’s problems.

- I believe that I will be able to apply what I am learning.

- this process helped me clarify my problem.

- I liked the personal attention given by the instructor

- I liked seeing the other projects develop and how they are different and the same

- the presentation was very well organized and clearly explained

- this was a very practical approach

- I liked the identification of tools and the step by step walk through of how to use the tools.

- I liked the interaction we had in class and the activities

- I liked the professional help with my problems—this was not just a lecture class.
