Speaker Information :

Sheri Sudweeks is a private practice attorney specializing in Trusts and Estates in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties.  Her practice includes estate planning, administration, probate conservatorships, guardianships, elder law issues and adoptions.

Sheri is a professor of law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose and teaches five to six classes per year in legal research and writing and civil procedure.  She is a frequent lecturer for California Realtors on Elder Law issues and spoke at the 2006 National Board of Realtors Conference.  She also speaks at community organizations, elder law conferences, and has made appearances on local news and legal television programs.

She is currently on the board of trustees for SALA (Senior Adult Legal Advocates) and the advisory board of LivHome.  Sheri is a panel attorney for LACY (Legal Advocates for Children and Youth) and ProBono.  She is the Education Chair for the Silicon Valley Bar Association and the Chair Elect for the 2007 Executive Committee.
